Refunds and Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases of prints by Peter Clarke. Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please immediately contact the Studio and we can arrange, as appropriate, an exchange, refund or replacement. Goods will not be accepted for return or refund later than 30 days of your receiving the goods. Postage & handling charges will not be refunded. Please email producer@peterclarke.com.au or phone (03) 9529 5299 to discuss your requirements.

Please note that your order can not be cancelled once the order has been printed and or dispatched. The return policy conditions above will apply.

Shipping policy

All items purchased through our print shop are dispatched using Australia post delivered to your specified delivery address. Packages sent to metropolitan areas generally take 3 – 4 working days from date of shipment to the date of delivery. Please allow longer for Victorian, interstate and New Zealand areas. International shipping may be available and should be directed as an enquiry to our studio.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery of the package is oversized, Australia Post will leave a notification card at your address advising you of the nearest Australia Post Centre to pick up your parcel. Our shipping rates are set as a flat rate for delivery and are based on one print only.


All pricing is in Australian dollars and includes GST. You will be able to view the GST component of your purchase on your invoice. All prices are subject to change without notice and all items remain property of the Author until paid for in full. When purchasing from New Zealand no GST will be charged or collected.
